Rachael Carrothers named to EOU dean's list

Rachael Carrothers, of Elgin, has been named to the dean's list at Eastern Oregon University for winter term 2014. Rachael is among 540 students to earn this distinction.

Qualifying students achieve and maintain a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale while completing a minimum of 12 hours of graded coursework for the duration of the term.
